HOW IT BEGAN
Five years ago, this started with a personal realization.
After more than 16 years building a corporate career, Mihika understood what it meant to juggle competing priorities and the relentless pressure to keep everything moving forward—pouring energy into work and family while placing her own needs last.
What started as occasional exhaustion slowly became something more familiar: burnout, overwhelm, and the feeling of losing touch with herself.
A pattern, not a personal failing.
As Mihika began having honest conversations with other mothers, a pattern emerged. The struggles weren't unique—countless women were carrying invisible mental loads, navigating guilt, and trying to meet impossible standards while neglecting their own well-being.
They didn't need more pressure to "do it all." They needed support, community, and practical tools to thrive—and that realization became 1 Mighty Mama.
For every woman who has ever felt overwhelmed, invisible, or stretched too thin, there is another way forward — one rooted in resilience, self-worth, and sustainable well-being.

BEYOND THE STAGE
I find joy in meaningful conversations, time with family, and the simple moments that often pass us by too quickly.
I believe life isn't about doing it all; it's about being present for what matters most. Whether I'm reading, traveling, spending time with loved ones, or finding a quiet moment to recharge, these experiences remind me of the values that guide both my life and my work.
They also remind me why I started Mighty Mama in the first place: to help women create space for themselves while embracing the many roles they hold.
