On the outside, everything can look fine.
You’re showing up. Caring for your baby.
Handling what needs to be handled.
But burnout rarely begins with collapse.
It begins quietly, in constant reactivity, blurred boundaries, decision fatigue, and the slow erosion of your mental strength.
In this introduction, I share what I call “mightiness,” the steadiness that keeps you grounded in demanding seasons like motherhood.
Protecting it isn’t selfish. It’s necessary.

This journal is designed to be flexible, because life right now is probably anything but.
You don’t need to use it every day.
Use it in a way that fits your life.
It’s okay to have blank pages.
They don’t mean you failed, they mean you’re living a full, unpredictable season.
This journal is simply a space to return to when you need it.

Whether you used this journal often or only a little, acknowledge the space you created for yourself.
That matters.
This was never about how much you wrote.
It was about noticing your needs and your emotions.
As you move forward, remember: you don’t need to rush or have everything figured out.
Awareness itself is progress.
